    As a single mom to a 2-year-old, I understand the struggle for women of weight fluctuations and hormone changes. I believe that the goal is to move every day and focus on eating nutritious foods. Being healthy does not mean getting into a size 0, it means feeling good and being able to comfortably perform all daily activities while leaving energy to play with our kids and go on adventures.
